Product Description

NIsshin Tempurako Wheat Flour is simple to use, this special Japanese flour mix will create the lightest batter imaginable. The Japanese will traditionally use a selection of vegetables, prawns or fish to create a tempura dish, but this crispy batter can be used for just about any morsel.

Cooking Direction

  1. Prepare 3.52 Ounce of "Tempurako" and 5.41 fl oz of Cold Water.
  2. Mix the "Tempurako" and Water into a bowl. Make sure it does not become sticky from over-mixing.
  3. Batter the ingredients with the Tempurako Mix and Fry It at 338F - 352F
  4. Place the Tempura in a serving dish and enjoy!
