What are the Payment Methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Does Food-Pak Express store your credit card information?

Credit card processing is handled by our merchant payment processor Authorize.net, and industry leader in online payment processing.  No credit card related information is stored by Food-Pak Express.

What is the store Return Policies?

There are two sets of return policies depending on the circumstances:

Online Purchases

• All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee
• Defective Product may only be exchange for the same model
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed, less shipping.

In-Store Purchases

• All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee
• No returns on produce
• No Returns on defrosted foods
• No open or used merchandise
• All non-perishable items must be returned within 10 days of purchase
• No receipt, no return
• Item returned are given as store credit
• Sale tax is non-refundable after 90 days
• A $40 returned check fee will be assessed on checks returned

What are shipping methods offed?  

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking number; customer may elect to use UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority service.

What are the shipping restrictions?

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Orders can only be shipped to physical addresses; Food-Pak Express will not ship to PO Boxes.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of the product and relative location from our warehouse located in Boston, MA. Quotes are based on standard UPS & USPS published rates. For shipping quotes you can add items to your cart and use the “Estimate Shipping & Tax” feature of on the cart page to get a quote without having to checkout.

Where is Food-Pak Express wholesale warehouse location?

Our Wholesale Warehouse is located at 120 Southampton Street in Boston, MA.

Is In-store pricing and online pricing the same?

No, we have different pricing structured for In-store purchases and online purchases. Our Wholesale Warehouse also offers two price tiers, Member and Non-Member.
