Return Policy

Please note that the Return Policy listed below only apply to purchase made online at foodpakexpress.com. Any in store purchase will regulate a different set of return policy, which can be found by clicking here.

We do encourage you to submit an inquiry if you have any questions or concerns about the quality or functionality of a product before you continue with the return process.

  • We provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unwanted items. Products must be unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all documents and accessories that accompanied it. There will be a 20% restocking fee and extra shipping charges will apply for exchanges.

  • Any Defective Product may only be exchange for the same model. Substitutions will only be possible when unopened and unused products are returned in original condition.

  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before sending your return to us. The warehouse may refuse any packages arriving without an RMA number clearly visible on the package.

  • Once your package has been received and inspected you will have the option to request a Refund or Store Credit. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed, less shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 business days, following receipt of your return, for the refund to show on your account. Store Credit may be used towards a different purchase once it has been processed to your Food Pak Express account.

How do I obtain an RMA number?

  • Log in on your www.foodpakexpress.com account using the username and password you chose when you placed the original order.

  • Click “Order History” then “Details”

  • Select the item you wish to return. Check the box next to that item

  • Enter all required information as indicated. Be as detailed as possible regarding the reason you wish to return the item and state the condition.

  • Indicate what action you prefer. Depending on the condition of the product you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or a store credit.

  • Within 48 hours, or next business day, one of our representatives will be in contact via email with further instructions.

Note: ALL Returned Items must include the following:

  • Original packaging, documents and accessories
  • Your RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package
